Overview
This 4-day safari offers an incredible adventure, combining gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park. Begin by heading to Bwindi, where you’ll track mountain gorillas through dense forest, experiencing their natural behaviors up close. Next, transfer to Kibale, home to a large population of chimpanzees, where you’ll trek through the lush rainforest to observe these intelligent primates in the wild. This immersive journey offers a unique opportunity to witness two of Africa’s most remarkable species in their natural habitats.

DAY 1: Arrival in Uganda. Transfer to crater lakes area in Kibale NP.
Morning arrival at Entebbe airport and meeting with our guide. Soon after, you will be on your way to the Kibale Crater Lakes area. We will stop for lunch and stretch in places with nice scenery, such as the escarpment of the valley at Lake Albert, typical African villages in the nearby countryside, tea plantations along the way.
Overnight Nkuruba Lodge
DAY 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and transfer to Ishasha Sector.
A morning trek for chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, the main activity of the day, is followed by an exploration of the lake region and a drive south through Queen Elizabeth National Park with views of the nearby Rwenzori Mountains.
Overnight Topi Lodge
DAY 3: Gorilla Trekking Day & Evening Batwa Cultural Experience.
After breakfast you set off towards Kampala. Have lunch along the way. Get back to Kampala in the late afternoon/evening after meeting the Gorillas of Uganda as we finish your 3 day gorilla trekking in Uganda safari.
DAY 4: Transfer to Entebbe or Kampala via the Equator 7AM
After an early breakfast, We head for Entebbe or Kampala . Along the way we will stop for lunch at the equator and also have a photo moment before continuing with the journey.
Arrival in Entebbe to catch the evening flight. Alternatively, you can sleep and fly the following day.
